Waffle House in New Albany

Best Waffle Home I have ever been to! Excellent service, well cleaned, and the food was divine.

It was good over all but after asking me what kind of waffles I wanted and I chose chocolate chip they forgot yep you guessed they forgot the chocolate chips.

Service was great. But the waffles weren't cooked all the way through. Twice

Good food Great service. Made you feel like family.

Great and fast service. Only problem was they didn't give me any syrup for my to go orders. No packets of sugar, but they gave me a container to put some sugar in and that was appreciated.

They were very busy but accommodating to our larger party of 8. Food was great, place was clean.

First time at a waffle house. Wow....food, service and even the regular customers were all great. I'd recommend this location.

The food was good but the service wasnt. I sat at the bar and felt rushed the entire time. Waitresses having inappropriate conversations and using foul language. Not professional. Not usual for a waffle house.

This is a drive by review I pass this waffle House five times a week going to work. The old one was so nasty you could hardly see through the windows and I used to see several of the employees standing in the doorway outside the restaurant smoking cigarettes I thought maybe things had change since the restaurant is new and hopefully under new management but I have seen employees hanging out at the door smoking cigarettes which encourages everyone to stand at the door and smoke cigarettes for that reason alone I would not enter this restaurant poor management

This place is known for waffles but has so much more to offer , grilled cheese, chicken beef, steaks and potatoes shredded covered, chunked, and smothered, with gravy and biscuits, what not to love about this awesome place , the sweet tea is always perfect.

A cube of pork in my cheesesteak hashbrown bowl made it kitty food. I liked what I ate until I found the pork.

Great service and really good food. They were packed but kept things moving so there wasn't a long wait.

The entire crew was great and friendly. The food was delicious as well.

Friendly waitresses, as always great food, and no matter the hour of the day or night still has something to definitely satisfy any person's appetite. I love the fact that they are on my route home from going over to the Horseshoe Casino, and always try to make it a regular stop if I can. All in all great place to be for food and a quick bite.

New Building is great. Staff is always friendly and fast.

Unlike their competition they're always well staffed, friendly, the food is prepared in front of you which is reassuring & their food simply taste better.

Very fast friendly service, and the dark toast coffee igs better than coffee shop coffee.

You either love it or not. I happen to live me some waffle house especially at 3 to 4 am.

The food was horrible, the Patty melt had no flavor and was on a sour dough bread instead of rye , and the hash browns were so over cooked and the restaurant was filthy and they had a roll of trash bags on my table right in front of my plate . The manager was busy doing inventory and was very distracted, he did give me my meal free since I wouldn't eat it.

Food was good and the staff was very polite.

Brand new construction. Good service and ne of the cooks is super cute to look at. Friendly staff, hot food and good prices.

Phenomenal staff. Every single worker on the line was on top of it, all while smiling. We came in at a very busy moment and they did not skip a beat in getting to us.

Great food, service, and cleanliness. We ate breakfast here July 18th, and compared to the waffle house about 20 minutes away in Kentucky, this was impeccable. Manager seemed a funny and nice guy as well.

Only 3 because it took forever to get food... but in store definitely 4. My food was a 5 but My waitress a 10 man I wish I had gotten her name. She was running ragged for sure but she was awesome I tipped her well she really deserved more I just didn't have it.

It's been a long time since I've been to a waffle house, but I remember the pecan waffle being delicious. This time, it was ok. My partner had the chocolate chip waffle and they sprinkle chocolate chips across the top and serve it. They barely melt. Other than that, our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Food was great and service was too. Will visit again. Very clean restrooms.

This waffle house is much nicer than the Waffle House on Charlestown Rd. It recently underwent a renovation and is basically an entirely new building now. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle, hash browns, bacon, and orange juice; all of which was pretty good. Sometimes a couple letters on the giant sign by the highway will be burnt out and I think that adds charm :)

Freaking silly, arguing in front of customers. I'm waiting forever for my food. I wouldn't send my dog in here. The only person with a little sense is the cook. Place is dirty, and all they want to do is argue about who is doing what. Shut them down and then they can go home and argue. Cussing in front of my son. Now I'm completely done with this place...Returned on 3/25 spoke with mgr. Seth. He made me feel a bit better about my awful experience. Thank you

I'm for mom and pops but this was good. Fast, friendly. Food was great. 2019

I enjoy going to the waffle house in New Albany better than the one on Cane run rd in Louisville. If you never been in the one on cane run than you should know its dirty and the service is horrible

Food was great. Workers need to learn to be quieter. Very, very noisy and chaotic

The server seemed like she didnt want to be there and showed it with her slow inconsistency. The cook however she was great, prompt, and appreciated

It was exactly as we had hoped. We visited at approximately 5 am on a weekday. There was no wait. Service was good. Restaurant was clean.

Food was okay, first time at waffle house. Hash browns weren't cooked all the way for mine or my husband's plate. My kids enjoyed it and the service was great with our waitress Kaylin !

Having been to several Waffle House's and had bad service and food, this one restored my faith. There food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. Thank you for your warming welcome and fantastic food. We will be back.
